At RechargeNZ, we understand that receiving your battery replacement promptly is important. Here's what to expect when you place an order with us:

Order Processing

·       All orders are processed on weekdays only

·       Each battery undergoes a quality control process before dispatch

·       Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours once all the above steps are met

Delivery Timeframes

New Zealand & Australia Delivery

Standard delivery: 2-3 weeks from dispatch

 

Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please note:

 

·       As this is an international shipment, tracking will show limited updates during transit, until your package arrives in country.

·       Full tracking details become available once your package arrives in your country and enters the local courier network

·       Transit times can occasionally be affected by customs processing and local delivery conditions

Q: Why does my tracking information show limited updates?

A: International shipments typically show limited tracking until they reach your country's postal system. This is normal and doesn't indicate any issues with your order.

Q: My delivery is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

A: While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or local delivery conditions. If your order hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, please contact our customer service team and we will get you an update.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

A: Address changes can only be accommodated if the order hasn't been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your delivery information.
